This was one of the most relaxing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The waitstaff were professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. I never felt rushed to make decisions or pressured to order anything I didn’t want. Our server, Ta Da, was amazing! She kept our drinks full, anticipated our needs, and checked in at just the right moments. The food was just as impressive. My ribs were perfectly cooked and fell right off the bone, and the sides were absolutely delicious. For a Sunday afternoon, the level of service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed the entire dining experience and look forward to my next visit.

Had two different plates we had some shrimp steak. Everything was so perfect. Delicious my second time here first experience didn’t wanna come back. You guys really did outdid yourself. Thank you so much for your service and great food ALEXUS WAS SO AMAZING WILL BE BACK TO SEE HER

I’ve been in a few times and I’ve sat with a few different people, but Tyler was by far the best server I have ever had. From the second he came to our table, until we had left, he was fantastic. He was very nice, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. His attitude was genuine and my whole table could feel the energy he was giving off. The other girls serving tables in our area didn’t even give close to the effort Tyler did, and we were thankful we got him. My family and I will definitely be back and we will absolutely be asking to sit with Tyler again. It’s hard to get good servers but he was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. 10/10

Love this place!! Seriously. I love that they recognize our active Military Men & Women snd offer a discount including our much appreciated Veterans. I love how they wear a T-shirt that reads, I love my job.❤️ sometimes you don’t get that feeling at some places. But here everyone is very friendly, and helpful with the menu if you can’t decide. You can never go wrong with the steaks here!! Juicy & tender grilled to perfection. Seriously not kidding, very delicious. (Thank me later) I love the staff very well organized, no long waiting and everyone that works here is attentive. Food is always great here.😊

Loved our meal! Food was good, service was great…atmosphere was loud and rowdy but all in all was great. The yelling and dancing twice an hour was obnoxious but we knew that in advance

We had a good experience here. I visit family in this area. So I thought we would try out these texas road house. Service was wonderful. 5 stars. The employees here do a really good job. The senior patrons that eat here need to learn to be nicer better people. I saw how awful some of the seniors were behaving. Poor waiters, hostess, bar tender and manager. Our experience was very good. Only low stats for the steak we got. It was over cooked and it was very chewy. Though we ordered medium rare. We still ate it. Didn't need to complain or have it sent back. We just are not those kind of people. We got the $12.99 meal deal before 5pm. So juat assumed that meant bad cut of meat. The potatoes we got as sides was good. The mushrooms were over cooked though. Other than that. Good experience. Good drinks.

Recently visited during a in-state road trip. I'm fully under the impression that Texas Roadhouse consistently has a consistency problem. Unlike prior visits to other TX RH locations, the Casa Grande location really shinned on all fronts. While the wait was significant, the process moved quickly. Once seated we were immediately made to feel valued and welcomed by our server Aguilar. Endless hot house rolls with extra butter solves and smooths over anything. Lag time from ordering to table side presentation was minimal at best. Food arrived hot, fresh and delicious, masterfully cooked to absolute perfection. Overall we experienced a wonderful visit free of any problematic issues.

On 2/24/26 at approximately 1835 I arrived at Texas Roadhouse. This is the first time I ate at Texas Roadhouse and let me tell you. Starting with the staff. The hostess that took my name she was very professional and pleasant. She has a sense of humor and very well spoken. The other hostess that walked me to my table the same very professional well spoken and she even asked if I was celebrating anything thing tonight. I told her this was my first time eating there and she brought me over some VIP peanuts. This staff actually listen to their guest. Now my waitress Sam blew it out of the water. Her professionalism, and sense of humor just made eating there a great experience. She was very attentive and pleasant. Great place to eat and if anyone goes I’m sure all the staff is nice and helpful but ask for Sam. She is great. I ordered the catfish and it was good. Also the bread was very tasty. Wonderful job and making me feel like I was important. Thank you.

Man oh man! Texas Roadhouse always provides so much value and such a great experience when dining in. From their delicious baked rolls, to the delicious freshly cooked food and excellent service. We decided to dine in for two. We were seated fast, and our area was very clean. Then our waitress immediately came to ask for our drinks and ask us if we needed a few. We looked at the easy to read menu with lots of options, our waitress came back, we placed our order. I ordered salmon, a baked potato and sweet potato. The food came in timely, hot, fresh and ready! It was seasoned very nicely, and was really great. It definitely hit the spot. Would 100% recommend this Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande for the overall experience. Unmatched value for our experience. Thank you!

I may have been one of the lucky ones… I had an incredible experience at this steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. The staff made the day even better with their friendly, attentive service. The whole place has a super chill vibe and relaxed ambience that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
